The policy

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
• No questions asked — you don’t need to justify your request.
• Downloading your photos does not void your refund eligibility.

How to request a refund

Open Billing in your dashboard and click “Request refund” on the relevant purchase. Within policy, your request is auto-approved and refunded to your original payment method via Stripe.

Processing time

Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Abuse

We reserve the right to review unusual or repeated refund patterns to prevent abuse, but genuine requests within policy are always honored.
